AskFaisal>net offers deliveries all Products We operate from Monday to Friday and process orders placed before 12:00 on the same day.

Delivery will always take place during business hours and may vary depending on the country of destination. View our delivery times per zone in the table below. Please note: This is an indication and delivery times may differ due to holidays and/or individual appointments.

Our packages are always sent with track & trace codes. We also like to give you as a customer the option to choose between multiple carriers. The rates of a standard package can be found in the following table. These rates include any toll and customs charges.

If you have missed your package, PostNL and DPD will drop off your package at a nearby collection point. DHL will try one more time to deliver your package.
Return Policy
You can return products with a reflection period of 14 days after arrival. You will receive a full refund when the products are returned to us undamaged. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Due to hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This mainly concerns personal care products whose packaging or seal has been opened, and used items, such as earplugs.
To facilitate a smooth return process, please submit your returns within 14 days of receipt via your account in colorfone.nl.
Refund
Refund will be made within 7 working days after the return has been received. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the buyer’s payment method and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may need additional days to process the transaction after they receive the information from us.
Please note: International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.
